Join us for drinks on the beautiful veranda of the Army Navy Country Club and be among the first in the country to experience the new cyberseek.org Hiring for Skills Toolkit. This toolkit was created through sponsorship by the Office of the National Cyber Director (ONCD).

We are delighted to support this work and to welcome Seeyew Mo, Associate National Cyber Director, Workforce, Training and Education, ONCD, to deliver the opening keynote.

Presented by the Cyber Guild with Lightcast and sponsored by Piper Companies, this event will launch this innovative toolkit in the GWA/NOVA region. Hear from Lightcast, the data analytics power behind cyberseek.org, and industry leaders and experts working to design and implement hiring practices that increase diversity and close the cybersecurity skills gap.

Will Markow, Lightcast will provide a brief introduction to the toolkit.

A follow-up panel of executives will share their unique perspectives on the realities of the cybersecurity workforce and discuss “what exactly are the talent challenges”. Featuring:
