See It To Be It Spotlight

I got into cyber… I put myself through college doing administrative work at a Domain Name Registry.  I was young with zero experience.  I couldn’t even spell DNS I just jumped in, and great people in the field helped me learn and grow along the way. 

What do you think are important topics in cyber today… Acute shortages of skilled professionals continue to be a challenge in the field. Our future depends on a transformed workforce therefore I am passionate about championing overlooked talent pools such as neurodiverse individuals, adults in career transition, and curious high school graduates to name a few. 

The skill that set me up for success… I’m a firm believer in the power of community.  Building meaningful relationships within a network of strong professionals has been key for me in all aspects of my life.  Take care of others and they will take care of you!
