Join The Cyber Guild and our Uniting Women in Cyber (UWIC) Catalyst sponsors for a 60-minute virtual tailgate built to set up the conference, a lead-in to Creative Cyber that runs on the questions the community brings.

What we’ll be discussing:
- The people who will run cyber in the age of AI – A conversation about the talent assumptions worth rethinking, the skills that become more human as AI takes on the stack, the people we can reach next, and the roles we’re just beginning to define.
- When AI acts on its own: trust and accountability – Explore what earns trust in an agent that moves faster than you can, how to verify an agent is what it claims to be, who holds responsibility when one acts on its own and gets it wrong, and what leaders should document before letting an agent act unsupervised.
