Meet your speakers:

Mr. Thomas R. Goldberg is a subject matter expert in the area of information and communications technology (ICT) security. His expertise follows more than 45 years on matters concerning cyber security, homeland security, and national defense. Mr. Goldberg helped to draft Public Laws establishing supply chain security requirements for ICT devices and systems deployed by the Department of Defense (DOD), including the law that established a mandate to repatriate “measurably secure” microelectronics manufacture to the United States. Mr. Goldberg has supported the Committees on Appropriations, Armed Services, Energy and Commerce, Environment and Public Works, and Transportation and Infrastructure in the United States House of Representatives and the United States Senate.

Mr. Bryan Ware is a highly regarded technology leader, innovator, and entrepreneur, having started companies, patented technologies, and raised venture capital and private equity. He serves on the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Cybersecurity and as an advisor to technology companies and investors. Bryan was the first Presidentially appointed Director of Cybersecurity at CISA, leading the one thousand-person, $1.25 billion organization where he developed the agency’s first five-year strategy and plan to modernize its sensor and computing infrastructure, transform the way the agency delivers services, and scale the agency to protect US critical infrastructure.
