Parham Eftekhari

Parham Eftekhari is a builder of communities, companies, and relationships. Guided by four core values – humility, empathy, resilience, and kindness – he has spent two decades working at the intersection of critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, emerging technology, and national security. He currently serves as Executive Vice President at CyberRisk Alliance, where he leads the Community platform, connecting more than 40,000 professionals through 150+ in-person events and hundreds of digital activations each year.  Parham is also Chairman of the Institute for Critical Infrastructure Technology (ICIT), a non-partisan think tank he founded in 2014 to advance the modernization, security, and resilience of critical infrastructure.  Beyond his executive leadership, he advises investors and organizations including Gray Space Strategies and Mazebolt Technologies, serves as a visiting mentor at Harvard Business School, and contributes to public dialogue through media and speaking engagements including TED, RSA, and The Wall Street Journal. His recognitions include the (ISC)² Government Information Security Leadership Award and a commendation from the Ranking Member of the House Subcommittee on Cybersecurity in 2024.
