She currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where she leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, resilience initiatives, and the protection of critical federal services for millions of employees and retirees.

A proven servant leader with a reputation for leading with integrity while delivering high-value results, Danielle has successfully led high-visibility programs that blend robust security with operational excellence. She has spearheaded transformative enterprise-wide initiatives such as, multi-factor authentication (MFA), on-premise to cloud migrations, and the development and deployment of mission critical security applications, to strengthen national security and modernize cyber defenses.
