Danielle Rowell

Danielle Rowell is an accomplished IT and cybersecurity executive with over a decade of combined industry and federal experience spanning the intelligence community, civilian agencies, and private sector engagements. She currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, where she leads enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, resilience initiatives, and the protection of critical federal services for millions of employees and retirees.

A proven servant leader with a reputation for leading with integrity while delivering high-value results, Danielle has successfully led high-visibility programs that blend robust security with operational excellence. She has spearheaded transformative enterprise-wide initiatives such as, multi-factor authentication (MFA), on-premise to cloud migrations, and the development and deployment of mission critical security applications, to strengthen national security and modernize cyber defenses.

In addition to her federal service, Danielle is a certified career and leadership coach, equipping professionals to advance their careers, expand their leadership capacity, and achieve their highest potential. She is passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and resilience in both technology and leadership.
