Since 2017, GTA has invested in dozens of cyber start-ups and supported multiple cyber nonprofits and projects. As GTA’s co-founder and Managing Partner, she helps cyber start-ups scale and implement processes to succeed and have fun. Cyndi is the CEO of Onsights, Inc. and serves on the board of GTA portfolio company Anno.ai, as well as on nonprofit boards for the National Cryptologic Foundation and the Cyber Ready Clinic. Cyndi is a cyber start-up operations expert. She previously started and ran licensing, human resources, legal, facilities, accounting, marketing, channel, support and sales operations for both Tenable Network Security, which had a successful IPO in 2018, and Network Security Wizards, where she was President and helped it grow to a successful exit 18 months after being founded.
Cyndi is also heavily involved in the Howard County, MD community. From 2016-2024 she served on the Howard County Economic Development Authority Board, including the last four years as Board Chair and as a Commissioner for the Howard County Equal Business Opportunity Commission. She is currently a Trustee for Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center and serves on the board of the Howard County Conservancy. In 2023, Cyndi was awarded a Gold Medal Order of Thor by the Military Cyber Professionals Association and was later named a NEW Power Woman of DC Tech by DCA Live that same year.
