Amanda “Mandy” Satterwhite is the Managing Director of Accenture Federal’s Cyber Growth & Strategy. She joined AFS in 2021 with the acquisition of Novetta, where she founded the Cyber Mission & Enablement (CME) division. Satterwhite remains the Client Account lead for CME, where she leads a team of highly specialized software engineers and security researchers in developing progressive and resilient tools and infrastructures in support of full-spectrum cyber missions.
Her 25-year “GovCon” career started as a software developer, where she has risen through the ranks of federal contracting, taking on increasing responsibility along the way. She has a history of delivering critical mission systems for national security and leading strategic growth in both small and large businesses.
With a focus on continuous learning and passion for serving the defense and national security community, Satterwhite has built a culture that empowers her team of talented engineers and researchers to drive innovation and technical excellence in support of customer mission success. In her current role, she is focused on expanding AFS Cyber growth initiatives across Generative AI, quantum science, Zero Trust, and critical infrastructure capabilities.
